Pelicula con Jose Laura Y. acerca de un equipo de lingüistas viajando en Bolivia

En junio, dos lingüistas de EEUU vinieron a Bolivia
para hacer filmación de los Kallawaya. Una pelicula ha
sido hecho de sus viajes en India, Siberia y Bolivia,
llamada "The Linguists". La pelicula será seleccionada
en el festival de Sundance 2008 en EEUU. Es un gran
honor para ser selecionado en el Sundance,
especialmente en un documental. 

Cuando los linguistas estuvieron en Bolivia, Jose
Laura Yapita los acompañó a ver los Kallawaya en el
norte del departamento de La Paz. También los llevó a
su pueblo LLamakachi, provincia Omasuyos en la costa
del lago Titicaca. (Para Uds. que no conozcan a José,
él fue uno de los traductores de AbiWord en aymara).

Todavía la pelicula no ha sido lanzado al público,

El adelanto muestra algunas imagenes del Charazani,
Llamakachi y raperos de aymara en el Alto.
