[Runasimi] [Issue 80114] Add Quechua to language list box

OpenOffice oficialmente ha resolvido mi reporte de bug
y añadirá el corrector ortografico de quechua en
OpenOffice 2.4 en los medios de 2008.

Ya ha pasado dos nuevas versiones de OpenOffice sin
añadir nuestro corrector. Vamos a ver que pasa con
versión 2.4.
